Who Are We?
Friendship Alliance Church began in 1980 in Moultrie and is a part of The Alliance (The Christian and Missionary Alliance), a small denomination focused on being an Acts 1:8 Christ-centered family. What does this mean?
- Christ Centered means that our message is always focused on Jesus Christ as we present Him as Savior, Sanctifier, Healer, and Coming King.
- As a spiritual family we want to be guided by Acts 2:42 “And they devoted themselves to the apostle’s teaching and to the fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer.”
- Acts 1:8 directs us to make disciples of all people beginning in Moultrie and reaching to the corners of the world. For that reason we focus on discipleship of each person and the development of servant leaders. Church multiplication and the sending of missionaries is the natural result of discipleship. As a “greenhouse” church we are always looking to multiply by planting churches. We partner with other Alliance churches to send missionaries to the unreached of our world.
